Sasha gave this to me for our anniversary. It’s the Best Boyfriend Award! This hangs proudly on a wall in my room where my graduation photo rests.

I’m not comfortable about my innermost feelings in the public space but let me just say that it has been truly a wonderful year. Everything was wonderful not just the ups but also the downs because its where relationships are really forged. It’s like iron or some metal which which hardens only when you super heat it and dip it in cold water the next second. This is also true in relationships which only emerge stronger and better when the heat comes. 

This medal reminds me of everything we’ve been through. I’m just so happy that we’ve come this far already. I love you ba! 

Last year, around 1:15 pm of this day Sasha and Jason found themselves sitting in Bellarmine Field staring at the sky and at the magnificent Church of the Gesu. Jason was having knots in his stomach and butterflies were creeping in and he was sweating a little. Jason then proceeded to asked for Sasha’s hand at first she said “Okay.” but I forced her to say “Yes” because that is more positive. And that day has been exactly one year from now and counting.
